Before You Book
Our Policies
Bookings
All appointments are to be booked at least 48 hours before the scheduled date to avoid disappointments.
Deposit
A 50 cedis non-refundable deposit has to be made to confirm your appointment. Without the deposit, there is no appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final bill.
Lateness
Being 20 minutes late or more will attract a 30 cedis lateness fee.
Changes
Changes such as (change in length and/or size) during your appointment may attract an additional fee.
Cancellations
All cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Reschedule
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, kindly inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
